What is your Covid-19 policy?
Valeo takes your safety seriously. The Valeo nurses that visit your home are completely Covid compliant. They wear full PPE and follow all professional standards within the UAE. We advise all users to wear face masks during the visit, wash their hands, and disinfect all common surfaces post-visit.
What is your Refund & Cancellation policy?
If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please write to us (support@feelvaleo.com) and we will try our best to make things right! Life happens! So if it is necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please see our policies. 1. When canceling a blood test 24 hours in advance of its scheduled date, a full refund would be provided to you. If the test is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled date, it would be considered a "no show" and the refund provided would equal the fees paid minus a cancellation fee of AED 150. 2. When canceling a wellbeing subscription, you can get a full refund within the first 10 days. All charges associated with future months of your subscription will be canceled and refunded. Your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current monthly billing period and refunds will only be provided for unused months.
Are your services certified?
All of the laboratories that process our tests are CLIA-certified; some are also CAP-accredited. These labs comply with all national regulations regarding laboratory testing in addition to performing frequent internal quality checks and testing, as well as regular inspections and validation of the accuracy of their testing. If you have questions about the accuracy or quality of your test results please contact our Customer Support Team.
Where in the UAE do you provide your at-home services?
Our at-home services are currently available in Dubai & Abu Dhabi, UAE as well as in Riyadh, KSA. As for the health coach plans, the sessions happen remotely, so you can access them from wherever you are in the world.
Do your services replace doctor visits?
No, Valeo never fails to advise you to share and discuss your results with your healthcare provider if needed. Valeo provides personalized educational and preventative services that are complementary to healthcare services and are not intended to diagnose any disease or condition or to substitute professional medical advice or treatment. You should always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare providers with any questions you have regarding your medical care.
I need my test booked for today. Do you provide same day bookings?
Same day bookings are available for at-home tests depending on availability. However, a time window of a minimum of 3 hours should be allowed before sample collection can be scheduled. For urgent bookings, please contact our Customer Support Team. Customer Support Team is available from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM every day.
