Mohammad Salah from Valeo Health came over to my home for a comprehensive men’s health test, and the whole experience was genuinely smooth and professional. He arrived right on time, was very well-prepared, and immediately made things feel comfortable. Blood tests aren’t exactly something most people look forward to, but he handled everything with a steady hand and a calm, reassuring attitude. You can tell he knows exactly what he’s doing. What stood out most was his professionalism and respect for hygiene. Everything was clean, organized, and done properly without any rush. He also took the time to explain the process clearly, which I appreciated. Overall, it felt like a premium, hassle-free experience from start to finish. If this is the standard Valeo Health operates at, they’re doing things right.

Very cooperative in chat and the discounts are quite nice! Aysha did my blood test and her hands are fast I didn't feel no pain. She was also very calm which I liked! My experience with Valeo Health Center was excellent in every aspect. The services provided were well-organized and of high quality, and the customer service was professional, respectful, and truly caring. The nurses are highly experienced in dealing with newborns. They supported me greatly, reassured me, and made me feel comfortable during a time when I really needed care and guidance. I would especially like to mention Supervisor Batoul, who is truly outstanding. She is extremely polite, professional, and attentive, with excellent communication and continuous follow-up, which made a big difference in my overall experience. I sincerely thank the entire Valeo Health team and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable care and genuine support

After placing my order, I messaged them on WhatsApp to add an extra test, they responded quickly and confirmed my time slot. Nurse Sapana arrived on time, followed proper hygiene (sanitized hands and gloves), and took the blood sample quickly and painlessly. She was also very pleasant and easy to communicate with. I had my blood test done today, so I haven’t received the results yet, but so far the service has been excellent
