Whether it's a romantic dinner, brunch with friends, or movie nights with popcorn, the options for indulging in delicious treats are abundant. This doesn’t mean you can never go on a dinner date again. Plan which days you’ll go out to dinner and where. Are you planning a big steak meal on Thursday? Make grain bowls or a big salad for dinner on Wednesday. Maybe you designate nights for each of you to plan the menu and cook together.

Step 5: Grocery shop together
