Population-level biomarker data from real-world UAE clinical settings is scarce. This longitudinal analysis of 28,904 clients tested in Dubai (2021–2026), including 10,128 with repeat tests, found vitamin D deficiency in 43.2%, elevated total cholesterol in 42.8% and iron abnormality in 27.0% of women. South Asian clients carried the heaviest cardiometabolic burden, Filipino clients the lowest vitamin D and highest CRP, and Emirati males an HbA1c of 9.47%.

This observational study tracked 1,012 UAE and KSA adults completing at least two assessments in 2025, across 40,000+ measurements.
