“Being in the fitness industry for around 17 years now, many things have progressed and changed from when I first started as a trainer and coach.

People have become more aware of how we can prevent disease and aging simply with the correct diet, exercise, and supplementation.

As they say ignorance is bliss however taking control of your health, feeling strong and capable, and reaching your fitness goals whether they are aesthetic or functional, is honestly one of the greatest achievements in life.

We all want to be in control of our lives and the starting point for that is and always will be personal health.
