We will send you the profiles of the best available caregivers on WhatsApp, allowing you to choose the one that suits you best.
Can I get the same professional always?
Our monthly subscriptions, you'll have the same caregiver daily, except for a fixed weekly off-day when a replacement is provided. Our system ensures a smooth transfer of care when needed.
What if I do not like the caregiver?
We offer unlimited replacements at no extra cost. We are bound to giving you with a great experience.
Which nationality of caregivers do I get to book?
We offer caregivers from various nationalities. The majority of our nursing staff comes from the Philippines, India, and various African countries.
Are these professionals verified?
Yes, all of our professionals undergo a thorough background check to ensure they meet our strict standards for education, qualifications, employment history, and training. Additionally, we provide only female professionals for newborn and pediatric care.
Do they have relevant training?
Our professionals specializing in newborn and pediatric care have a minimum of two years of hands-on experience. We also offer continuous training and upskilling programs to ensure our caregivers are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills to provide the best care for you and your child.
Can I select the caregiver of my choice?
The most suitable caregiver will be automatically assigned to your booking, and their details will be shared with you through an in-app notification.
Can I get the same professional always?
We aim to provide you with the same caregiver for each booking, but this depends on the caregiver's schedule. For long-term bookings, you’ll generally have the same nurse, except on her off days. Our system ensures that all relevant information about your child is passed along when transitioning between caregivers.
What if I do not like the caregiver?
We offer unlimited replacements at no additional cost. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to providing you with an excellent experience.
