From the ease of booking and clear information on their website, to the booking process, the quick feedback from the customer service when I wanted to modify my test package, the punctuality of their nurse and her gentle nature (I have always had a fear of needles); and finally with the amazing and thorough consultation I received from my Valeo health coach Jamie and all the recommendations i received to get my health back on track. I loved everything about my experience with Valeo. From the easiness of booking a convenient time to do the tests at the comfort of my home, to the professionalism of the certified nurse, to how thorough and clear my rest results were. I could easily understand everything, especially since the app also tells you all about the biomarkers tested with detail. The best of all was the Zoom meeting to discuss my results in detail, and action plan to get even healthier. Absolutely recommended!

I used Valeo for a full blood panel - the advanced female blood test recently. I was really pleased by the ease and convenience of the service. The nurse comes directly to your house to draw the blood at a time that’s convenient to you and is highly professional. The results were logged on the Valeo app rapidly, far quicker than I expected. And then I had a follow up call with a Valeo coach who was highly knowledgeable and shared with me interesting tips that are easy to implement. Would highly recommend this service.
